Without further ado, let's start! Play Live Sessions to gather up Tension. That is the basic gameplay loop. In a Live Session, you will play against your own and other players' "Performance Check" records essentially AIs based on those records.

You can gain Tension based on how you do. Once you get enough Tension, you can play a Special Session. Even if you're playing against your record, you will still be able to update your record for that song after the Session!

When you clear a Live, you get Tension. To successfully clear it, reach the target score. If you succeed the first time, you will get prizes.

Succeeding clears will increase the difficulty. If you reach the target score in the Dream Session within the time limit, you've successfully cleared it.

In addition, the special member will change depending on your center member. You can play a Private Session with yours or other player's Peformance Check records by inputting their "Performance IDs", accessible from a song's Performance Check screen at the upper-right corner.

The normal songs is killing me! I don't wanna play them. Also spending only 25 LP per song is so annoying, I want to spend those sugars.

How to rank up difficulties? Also, auto-plays aren't available right from the start, looks like you have to play the songs outside the event and get a performance check despite having already played them before.

Even for songs I played twice in a row in the event, I couldn't use auto play on the 2nd time. I've been wondering the same thing about the difficulties!

I tried auto-play, but it was As in, it literally randomized if it would give you a perfect, great, good, or bad.

Which is really dumb bc most rhythm games with auto will play it on the lowest note check that still counts for a combo.

From what I've seen it doesn't actually matter. You'll get the same amount of fever boost regardless, as long as you get a higher score than the AI in the end.

Using them tops up the remainder of your EXP and gives you LP like you would have if you levelled up normally.

Rank Up Jewels are only usable up to a certain rank. For example, at Level , you can only use 1 more [2A] Jewel and the game will stop you from using multiple copies to overflow your rank.
